High School Lessons With Coach Tom Burns

For Boys & Girls Grades 9th – 12th

Thursday’s & Sunday’s

Starts: Thursday, September 23rd- October 28, 2010

Thursday’s 6:00pm-7:30pm & Sunday’s 7:00-8:30pm

This Pre-Season skills and conditioning program is a must for High School players!

Work on: shooting, passing dribbling, defense, strength and speed & agility

Small Group Lessons with Coach Tom Burns

Join Coach Tom Burns on Mondays & Wednesdays

Starting Sept 13th
Grades 3 thru 8
4:30 pm –6:00 pm

Players will be divided into appropriate age groups.
NO more than 8 players per group

The workout consists of:

Ball handling, passing, shooting, defense
Rebounding & screening

Players should reserve their spot by calling (718) 948-3710 otherwise it is first come first serve.

Future Stars – Ages 3 & 4

Each week a new ball game!

“Future Stars” is a great opportunity to introduce young children to a wide range of sports and games.

Each week a different sport will be the focus of drills and games; teaching young athletes the basic skills of soccer, football, basketball, hockey, baseball and much more. Experience sports in a fun and exciting atmosphere.

Athletes of all levels are welcomed.
